Geförderte Projekte: Gefördert werden marktrelevante Technologietransferprojekte zur Steigerung des innovativen Outputs bzw. der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit der Konsortialpartner, vor allem der KMU. Die Ausschreibung ist für alle Kooperationsanträge im Bereich Technologie (Forschung, Innovationen, Dienstleistungen etc.) offen. Ziel der 8. Ausschreibung ist die Stärkung der Marktposition von KMUs durch verbesserten Zugang zu F&E-Kapazitäten, vor allem durch internationale Kooperationen mit FEI-Einrichtungen und Intermediären.
Achtung: der Projektantrag muss in Englisch verfasst werden! Die Teilnahme und Förderung österreichischer Konsortialpartner in EraSME Calls erfolgt auf Basis des nationalen Programms COIN (Programmlinie “Kooperation & Netzwerke)!

In the 7th EU Framework Programme for Research and Development (FP7) usually one big round of calls for proposals is issued every year in addition to single calls all over the year. The next call round is expected to start around July 2010 with different deadlines for the programmes in Autumn 2010 and beginning of 2011. The budget for the next calls is expected to ammount to approximately 4 billions of Euro.

Many small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Europe lack innovation and research capacities for the development of new technology based products and markets.
The program Research for the Benefit of SMEs aims to enable SMEs or SME associations to outsource research to providers of research services (‘RTD performers’) such as universities, research centres or other, more specialised SMEs.
• Research for SMEs – targeting mainly low to medium technology SMEs with little or no research capability, but also high-tech SMEs who need to outsource research to complement their core research capability.
Project duration: 1-2 years
Project cost: 0,5 – 1,5 M€
Funding: appr. 75%
Activities: Research, demonstration, management, other
• Research for SME associations – associations which act on behalf of their SME members to outsource pre-normative research issues, technological problems related to the development and implementation of legislation, and technological problems of whole industrial sectors.
Project duration: 2-3 years
Project cost: 1,5 – 4 M€
Funding: appr. 75%
Activities: Research, demonstration, management, other

Die Veranstaltungsreihe der KMU-Roadshow 2010 bietet einen Überblick über die verschiedenen europäischen Fördermöglichkeiten für KMU für grenzüberschreitende Forschungs-, Entwicklungs- und Technologieprojekte.
Diese Veranstaltungsreihe richtet sich an folgende Organisationen:
• KMU mit keiner bzw. wenig eigener F&E-Kapazität
• Forschungstreibende KMU
• Forschungseinrichtungen, die mit Firmen als Partner kooperieren
Jedes Thema aus Wissenschaft und Technik kann für eine Förderung eingereicht werden.
Die KMU-Roadshow 2010 wird von der FFG in enger Kooperation mit den regionalen Partnern BEP, CATT, ITG, SFG, TIP durchgefuehrt.
